Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Along with a signed contract, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book the inflatables. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any available future date. 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards.

How long can I rent the bounce house for?

All day, however, event must occur between 9 am and 8 pm. please inquire about late night pickups. 

Does the price include delivery and setup?

Yes, we offer free delivery and setup within 15 miles of area code, 64151.  Delivery fees apply for areas outside of our regular delivery zone. Please inquire for delivery fees outside of our servicing area.

When do you set up and pick up?

We will set up your bounce house at least 60-30 minutes prior to your event and work with you on the best time to pick it up. We will try our best to accommodate any special requests in regard to delivery times but cannot guarantee.

What surface do you set up on?

We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot, under any circumstances, set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.

Will the inflatables be clean?

We wash, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each use. Please follow rules to help maintain cleanliness of our equipment (no face paint, food or drinks, glitter/confetti etc.)

What is your rain policy?

If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the deposit will be held until you are able to reschedule. The deposit will be applied to any available future date.

- The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph. No exceptions. After point of delivery there will be no refunds.

What if the bounce house is damaged during my rental?

If the bounce house is damaged by negligence, repair or replacement charges will be incurred.

Cleaning fee?

Each rental includes a full clean and sanitation after each use to ensure it is in prime condition for the next party. Should you return our rentals to the shop with excessive dirt/grime/party decor mess, your card on file will be charged $250 for additional cleaning.


What is the max capacity of the inflatables?

Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded. Limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. (10 x 10 bounce house weight capacity is 350lbs) (13 x 13 bounce house weight capacity is 650lbs)


Will there be an attendant on site during rental?

An attendant may be requested for an additional fee. It is recommended that you have attendants for weddings or large parties.

Is an electrical outlet needed for the bounce house to be set up?

Please ensure there is access to an electrical outlet within 30 feet of the bounce house, this is required.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

We require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your event. All deposits are non-refundable and will be held for a future booking.
